Thank you. It’s working now. I think it was a caching issue because I didn’t do anything to fix it.

I am still waiting for a reply. Your email said someone would respond 4 days ago. Your theme broke when WordPress upgraded. I have been emailing you about this for 3 months. Please fix it. I have 4 clients who use this theme. It needs to be fixed.

Hello,
Please log back into my site and go to Appearance>Customize.
I can not customize the site even when page builder is deactivated.
I have 4 clients who use this theme. I do not want to rebuild all 4 sites.
This problem started with WordPress’ most recent upgrade.
It happens only on this theme. It needs to be fixed.

Thank you for your reply. I tried everything you said and I tried every setting. It still isn’t working. I even made sure my graphic is the same size as your graphic – width 1920 and height – 1277. See the screen shots from my site and yours. I want my graphic to spread across the sidebar like yours does. How do I do that?
