Please follow the path below to adjust the image size:
Appearance > Customize > Blog Featured Section > Featured Section Selection > Image Layout Options

The page title which you want to change on the page is inbuilt within the site. It cannot be changed via CSS code. It will need theme customization.Best Regards!

Google has recently changed its Map API and now requires different API and credit card info.
For a quick fix, Please create google map API from the link below:
https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/get-api-key
and place it in the customizer option
